Brightness/Contrast Effect

The Brightness/Contrast effect is used to alter the brightness and contrast of the video or image clips added to Video 1 or Video 2 track. This option be effectively used to correct videos that are dark/dull, too bright or have incorrect composition. The settings supported by this effect are:

Brightness

Brightness slider is used to alter the brightness of the video. The values range from -100 to 100. Values below 50 will darken the video and values above 50 will brighten the video.

Contrast

Contrast slider is used to alter the contrast of the video. The values range from -100 to 100. Values below 0 will reduce the contrast of the video and values above 0 will increase the contrast of the video.

Gamma

Gamma slider is used to alter the gamma of the video. The values range from -100 to 100.
